Return & Exchange Policy

At Merriam Wajid, each piece is made with care and intention. As our articles are made to order, we only accept returns in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition and packaging

  • Be reported to us within 7 days of delivery

  • Have a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Returns for reasons other than a mistake on our end (such as change of mind, wrong size, or color preference) are not accepted.

How to Start a Return

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please email us at merriamwajid.mw@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will share return shipping details and next steps.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, store credit will be issued for the item’s value. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges

As our articles are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges.
